Monthly Board Meeting
April 13, 2019

The meeting was called to order by President, Roger Giallorati at 10:10AM.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited
Minutes from the March 16th, 2019 meeting were presented. The minutes were approved as written.
Jim Watt presented the Treasurers Report. The report was approved as written.
NEW MEMBER ACTIVITY:
Jim reported that the membership drive has maintained its momentum. To date, there are 166 LDCA members. Jim reports that there continues to be membership interest.
AQUATIC LIFE:
Application has been made for weed treatment. Treatment of the lake weeds will take place the first week of June.
Today will be the first goose egg collection.
PARKS:
At the last Amboy Township monthly meeting, their board members voted unanimously to deed all Lake Diane parks to Lake Diane Community Association for use of the people at Lake Diane.
The tarp will be raised and the fireplace will be removed from the shelter house immediately following the May 11th meeting.

Nothing new to report.
NEW BUSINESS:
Additional LDCA spring letters, bylaw booklets, and Grants of Authority are needed. Roger will take care of this need.
Bob Pitzen asked about the status of the LDCA non-profit organization.
At 10:53AM Kim made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Scott seconded the motion. A vote was taken, and the meeting adjourned.
