Monthly Board Meeting

BOARD MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:

The meeting was called to order by President, Roger Giallorati at 10AM.

The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

Minutes from the April 13, 2019 meeting were presented by Roger Giallorati. The minutes were approved as written.

Jim Watt presented the Treasurers Report. The report was approved as written.

DREDGING:

The areas to be dredged are the cove behind Shore Plaza, the timing will be the week of July 8th.

OLD BUSINESS:

Kim and Roger need to sign the deeds for the parks over to Amboy Township, so they can property convey them to LDCA.

NEW BUSINESS:

Nothing new to report.

At 10:30 Roger made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Jim seconded the motion. A vote was taken, and the meeting was adjourned.
